Aforementioned creepy co-worker just walked up to me and out of the blue says, "You know what? I was skinny once just like you and look at me now. Fat. This will be you one day. Fat."
Umm. OK.
I wasn't sure how to respond. So that's what I said.
"Ummmmmm. OK."
I wonder if he knows that he's strange...

Most creeps haven't a clue that they're creeps. Set up a mirror on your desk so you can see him coming from behind and prepare yourself for him or is it a her? I forgot.
Too bad you didn't say back to him, "Not likely, because unlike you, I'm not a lazy, T.V. watching couch potatoe."
ppl like that usually have no idea how creepy and anti-social they are. and that makes them just that much creepier lol

Maybe he wasn't so much clueless as he was...psychic, a subconscious preview to the future?? HMMMMMMMM...
